The Post Office is now charging us $5.02 for every magazine returned to us because
the subscriber failed to notify us of a change of address or because the subscriber
notified the Post Office that they are temporarily away. We cannot absorb this cost
through your regular subscription fee. Effective immediately, if your magazine
is returned to us for any reason and we are charged this fee, that amount will be
deducted from your existing subscription, which will mean you will receive one
less issue in addition to the returned issue. If you are moving notify us as soon as
possible and avoid this problem. Mailing lists are prepared approximately three
weeks before the cover date. You can change your address immediately via our web
site. Filing an address change with the Post Office is not sufficient as the Post Office
does not notify us of your address change.
